Friendly Fall

Friendly Fall
Fall brings great joy as it comes. It brings plenty of holidays to celebrate. Like Columbus Day, Halloween, Veterens' Day, Thanksgiving, The Thanksgiving Day Parade, and even people's birthday.
As I walk to and from school I notice as the colorful leaves swirl around until they gently fall to the ground. The winds picks up and the trees blow from side to side. Every step I take I hear a crunch from the dried brown leaves on the ground.
The pools close and you hear the sound of raking and kids plopping themselves down in the pile of red, orange, brown, and yellow leaves. Or craving pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns, changing into scary outfits, and going door to door ringing doorbells and saying trick-or-treat.
Who knew fall could be so much fun. From holidays to jumping in leaves to eating bags and bags full of candy. Maybe fall is better than the summer. At least the heat is not crazy anymore and we won't have a problem running in gym during the feisty wind. But this too like summer won't last for long so enjoy as much as you can.
