Misión cumplida Chile

Misión cumplida, Chile
October 13th, probably the best day of Chilean history and the best day of the thirty-three miners who were trapped underground for 69 days. Who said thirteen was an unlucky number.
Miners were trapped under arms of love by family and friends. Little kids cried until their fathers emerged from underground. Letting go of balloons that flied up into the air celebrating the rescue of the miners.
The miners stayed in the mine for 17 days (until Chile found out they were alive) eating only two-spoonfuls of tuna, half a biscuit, and one glass of milk every 48 hours. I feel bad for them because the miner did not know if they would ever see their family again and the family thought their family member was probably dead.
People around the world were celebrating around the world family or not. This was emotional for people. All 33 miners were rescued while in USA when the mine exploded here twenty-nine miners died. Who knew Chile could do this extraordinary event.
Mr. Urzua led the group through the hard sixty-nine days of survival. He also went last to be rescued saying "I will not leave until the rest of the miners are home safe."
This week Chile opened many people's eyes not their countries but all around the world.
It truly is Misión cumplida Chile!!!!
